Eve C. Rogers is a native of Greenville, NC where she continues to reside with her husband of over 47 years, (Deacon) A. Ray Rogers. They are the proud parents of a beautifully gifted, adult daughter, Adeea, who currently resides in Denver, Colorado.
Reverend Rogers, an ordained minister of the Gospel (2000), served as an Associate Minister in a local Baptist Church for seven years. In 2008, she was called and led to found New Dimensions Community Church, Inc., in Greenville, where she currently serves as Senior Pastor. "Moving, Ministering, and Making a Difference" is our Kingdom charge and constant pursuit as we progressively engage in Up-reach, In-reach, and Out-reach endeavors. Her love and passion for Christ and "all things God" propels her to minister as a caring, anointed, "under-shepherd" as well as a sound, apostolic teacher of God's Word. Through the "open doors" of regular Worship services; weekly community Bible Study; Revival services; Conferences & Retreats; and other forums, Pastor Rogers purposes, with the guidance and strength of the Holy Spirit, to fulfill God's calling and mandate on her life.
A retired Juvenile Justice Administrator, Pastor Rogers' professional service and distinguished contributions to the state of North Carolina was recognized—she was awarded the prestigious Governor's Order of the Long Leaf Pine in 2002. And in April 2018, she was awarded the honorary degree of Doctorate of Sacred Letters from Covenant Theological Seminary.
This pastor-teacher's love and passion for God, His Word, and His people compel her to minister sound doctrine, "speaking the truth in love" and with compassion. Her inspired signature-message to the Church is to become progressively Kingdom--minded, Kingdom-motivated, Kingdom-matured and engaged in Kingdom-ministry – "for such a time as this." Glory to God!
